HOW TO GET INVOLVED

If you want to join a Volunteer Chaplain support team, please prayerfully read the ministry qualifications, then contact one of the team leaders.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A relationship with Jesus as Savior and Lord of your life
  • Confidentiality
  • Compassion
  • The capacity to listen more than talk
  • A heart for God’s Word
  • The ability to set personal boundaries
  • The ability to constructively discern what is needed in a crisis and take action while setting realistic expectations that ultimately point people to Jesus as the only true answer to life’s problems.
