A Special Visit
God created each person in his image and values each one highly and equally. We should do the same.
Jesus tells us, “Whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers of mine, you did for Me.” (Matt. 25:40)
God calls all of us to be his witnesses. They should know we are Christians by our love.
Love is a fruit of the Spirit. Ask God before coming in prayer for Holy Spirit power to love as He loves us.
Active listening is an act of love.
Encourage one another and build each other up!
Remember we experience JOY when Jesus is first, others are second and we put ourselves (you) last.
God made us to live in community and He has built in the need for human companionship and fellowship.
Choose to reach out in brotherly love.
Conversation Ideas:
1-Ask his/her name and tell them your name slowly and clearly while looking at the person.
2-Encourage him/her to talk about his/her family and tell them about your family.
3-Share about yourself: grade, age, interests, church (DRCC), etc.
Bottom Line: WWJD?
