Welcome Team

A warm, helpful welcome makes a significant difference in connecting with our visitors and regular attenders each weekend. In the midst of a harried culture, we can literally open the door to the refreshment of God’s love, healing and hope! It takes many volunteers, committed monthly to do just that on Saturday evenings and Sunday mornings. Consider joining a volunteer team that manages the Welcome Center, Connections Café, CD resources, Baptismal set-up, Communion, greeting and parking teams, and more.

He has created us anew in Christ Jesus, so we can do the good things he planned for us long ago.

Finding Your Place in Life and in Ministry: The PLACE Experience

God Uniquely Fits Us for Service

God created us, and Jesus saves us and makes us new, so that we can love others as Jesus has loved us. “For we are God’s masterpiece. He has created us anew in Christ Jesus, so we can do the good things he planned for us long ago.” (Eph. 2:10 (NLT)).

God gives each of us unique personalities, spiritual gifts, abilities, passions, and experiences. When we discover how we are made, we find his place for us in our lives and ministries.

We encourage you to read Pastor Rajendra Pillai’s book entitled, “Unearthed: Discover Life as God’s Masterpiece.”

What is the PLACE Experience?
The PLACE Experience helps participants find their fit in life and ministry through a three-step process:

  • Experiences of Life

Step 2: Coaching
Receive one-on-one coaching to discuss the PLACE assessments and explore potential areas of service.

Step 3: Connecting
