At Damascus Road Community Church, our Men’s Ministry exists to engage, equip, and empower you to be exactly who God intended you to be. We are a community of men "Doing Life Together" to strengthen our faith, build lasting friendships, and develop strong Christian families through Bible-based discipleship and faith-based fellowship.

Men's Ministry Director

Meet Gary Chavez

With decades of experience in Christian leadership and professional life, Gary is deeply committed to passing a roadmap for faithful living to our next generation. His vision is to see men of all ages grow in spiritual maturity, biblical manhood, and integrity. 

Gary and his wife, Carolyn, have been happily married for 43 years. They are proud parents of two grown children and have three grandchildren. When he isn’t leading a Bible study or mentoring other men, Gary enjoys spending time with Carolyn, reading a good book, or riding his Harley.
